About Jodi Arnold

“In this practice, I blend together my experience as a mother, my training as a teacher and coach, and my love for staying curious, open to what’s possible in the present moment. In the here and now, we tap into our strongest current. Let’s surf the waves of life together to find our flow.”

Current Meditation is a mindfulness-based company offering meditation, yoga and high vibe ceremonies for today’s swiftly changing world. Current is for wellness seekers who are serious about healing and feeling their very best. Current was created in 2020 to relieve stress and tap into our inner strength during uncertain times with grounding, uplifting practices that nourish and empower you. Each inspiring class or private session is led by Jodi Arnold, a certified meditation coach, wellness coach, plant medicine facilitator and yoga teacher based in Seattle, WA.

At this moment, Current founder Jodi Arnold is likely meditating, moving her body, cuddling her dogs or being a mom to her two kids. Music fills her home and she’s known to love a good dance party on those nights it just feels right. Jodi transitioned from demanding careers in healthcare and real estate to a life-altering path in wellness, earning over 2000 training hours in meditation, yoga, plant medicine facilitation as well as coaching.

Quite simply, yoga, meditation and higher states of consciousness have changed her life. Anxiety became more manageable while life suddenly felt more aligned and authentic. The shifts in parenting and how she shows up for her family with less baggage and more presence is probably the greatest gift of all. There is a deep reverence for these ancient practices that are transformative, eye-opening and quite simply breakthroughs to reaching your highest potential from the depths of your soul.

Since 2011, Jodi has shared her teachings and philosophies at yoga studios, in private classes, in person and virtually around the world, as well as in-house at Seattle Children’s Hospital and Starbucks Headquarters.
