Wellness Like Never Before

Current Meditation is about feeling your best and stressing less. We believe wellness is so much more than a sweaty workout, green juice and a good night’s sleep. Wellness is a holistic approach that is an inside and outside job. A balance of energy that radiates from the inside out as well as from the outside in.

I started my meditation practice with Jodi and it has been a welcome opportunity to focus and calm my mind during these stressful times. She is knowledgeable, calm and encouraging. She has a unique ability to bring me back to a calm place when my mind wanders. I just love her!
